This is a 5 Star, five-bedroom, lavishly appointed villa where nothing is done in half measures. Take a moment to admire the beautiful gardens, created in harmony with their natural surroundings and complete with a large, salt-water pool. As the sun starts dipping into the sea, why not pour yourself a drink and relax in the Jacuzzi, where you can gaze towards Lion’s Head or the Atlantic Ocean, truly a spectacular sight.

Just a short stroll leads you to the beach and into the heart of vibrant Camps Bay, where you will find beachside cafes, cosmopolitan restaurants and bars.

The Villa is the perfect venue for business or pleasure. There is plenty of space and a child-friendly bedroom with bunk beds. If you need to work, there is super-fast, wireless broadband throughout the building and the peaceful conservatory/library, with its classic leather chairs and specially designed sun-catching roof, is a fine place to work.

· Galazzio is a non smoking environment, however, please feel free to smoke on the veranda
area
· This is a residential area, please be considerate to neighbours.
· Please do not remove Galazzio property from the premises
· In order to prevent damage, please do not rest drinks on the pool table
· Please do not leave the Jacuzzi running when it is not being used
· Please close all umbrellas during the night or when leaving them unattended as they may be
damaged by the wind
Security
Although crime in the Camps Bay area is not especially common, please abide by these
regulations in order to prevent it further
· Please ensure all doors are locked before going to sleep and leaving the house
· There is an easy to use alarm system for peace of mind which is linked to an outsourced
security response team, should you wish to use it kindly speak to the butler.
Bedrooms
· Please do not leave air conditioners and under floor heating running unnecessarily
· Please use coasters at all times
· Please refrain from applying creams (suntan lotion and self tan creams) on or near the bed
linen to prevent staining
· Please ensure Louvre shutters are closed before sliding opening
· In an effort to conserve water your linen will not be replaced on a daily basis. If you would like
your bed linen washed please inform the butler
Bathrooms
· Please do not use bath towels at the beach
· For your own safety, please only use shavers at the plug points in the bathrooms
· Only turn jets on in the spa baths once the water level is a few centimetres above the jets
· Please do not flush foreign objects down the toilets
· The glass shelves in the showers are delicate, please do not hang on them
· The heated towel rail can be switched on at the light switch to the bathroom, please ensure
this is turned off after use
Kitchen
· Please use hot plates so as not to damage table tops
· Please ensure all electrical appliances are turned off after use
Residents
Please note that only registered Guests are allowed to stay at Galazzio, should you
require further guests to stay kindly speak to the Butler who in turn will enquire with
management.
Galazzio has been specially designed for a 5 star luxury stay & hope that you enjoy your
holiday or business trip, we ask you to please ensure that you look after the Villa so that
future residents can also enjoy there stay.
